Your journey through the breathtaking valleys of Kashmir starts from the Sheikh ul-Alam International Airport, where our representative will pick you up and take you to your luxury accommodation. You may freshen up on your way to your accommodation and spend your evening in a relaxing boat cruise on the picturesque Dal Lake or enjoy the beauty of nature under the late afternoon sun and the Zabarwan mountain range while on a Shikara cruise.

After a hearty breakfast, you will be able to view the famous Mughal Gardens, including Nishat Bagh, or the Garden of Bliss, with its terraced lawns, and Shalimar Bagh, or the Abode of Love. You will also have a wonderful view of the city from the Shankaracharya Temple. In the afternoon, you can visit local markets to shop and taste the local specialty known as Wazwan.

Get out of the city and head towards the beautiful “Meadow of Gold.” Sonamarg is a hidden gem in the Sindh valley surrounded by spectacular snow-capped mountains. As you enter, you will be greeted with fresh alpine air that clears your mind and opens your lungs. You have the option of spending your afternoon hiking or taking a pony ride to the breathtaking Thajiwas Glacier, which is close by and offers excellent photo opportunities.

Enjoy a last breakfast with a view of Sonamarg’s glaciers and start your return journey passing through a very scenic route to the “Meadow of Flowers." Enjoy a short walk or relax at Gulmarg, the Kashmiri word for ‘meadow of flowers,' a high-altitude paradise of rolling meadows and pine forests at 8500 ft. Check into your mountain resort and spend some pleasant evenings watching the valley below.

While today is all about high-altitude action, you will want to head to the world-famous Gulmarg Gondola. One of the highest cable cars running anywhere in the world, it will whisk you up and over the valley to Phase 1 (Kongdori) for great views of the valley and on to Phase 2 (Apharwat Peak) for your first look at year-round snow and towering peaks. After sliding back down, spend your afternoon meandering through the pretty lower meadows.

After having breakfast, head down from the alpine heights towards the “Valley of Shepherds.” This exceptionally scenic drive passes through the famed saffron fields of Pampore and the ancient Awantipura ruins. Furthermore, on the way to Pahalgam, the road begins to follow the beautiful, meandering Lidder River. Check into a riverside hotel and spend a relaxed evening listening to the sound of the water.

A wonderful place to experience the true wilderness and untouched landscapes is in the outer valleys of beautiful Pahalgam. Spend your day exploring the famous "ABC" circuit, which includes the meadows of Betaab Valley (named after the Bollywood super hit), the popular trekking base camp 'Aru Valley,' and the snow-laden landscape of Chandanwari. All three are different, unique, and equally enchanting, offering nature trails and nature photography.

Step off the heavily beaten tourist path and journey toward the "Meadow of Jesus." Yusmarg is one of Kashmir's most peaceful and unspoiled secrets, characterized by massive expanses of green pastures surrounded by dense, silent pine forests. Far away from the crowds, you can enjoy a deeply tranquil walk toward the Doodhganga River, making this the perfect relaxing climax to your mountain itinerary.

Wake up to the complete silence of Yusmarg and start your return journey to the capital city of Srinagar. Check in to your last accommodation, where you should ideally choose a traditional houseboat for an authentic experience. Spend the afternoon on your own to do some last-minute souvenir shopping or visit a local spice market or have a warm kahwa to sip while reflecting upon your Himalayan adventure
